The concept
Mia. begins from a simple observation: hospitality data breaks between the PMS, the POS and the CRM. The concept is a single operating layer above that stack: forecasting, allocation, labour deployment and the removal of internal friction.
Distinction
Mia. as a hospitality concept is broader than its software. The product component: the property and point-of-sale system itself: sits under IF Technology as Mia. PMS & POS.
